Housing
Leut's and its partners have provided hundreds of build packages for over 50 Hutterite Colonies in the Alberta, Saskatchewan and Montana area. This includes 8-plexes, 6-plexes and other multi-family dwellings.
Functional Buildings
We've also helped build churches, dining areas, kitchens, laundries and schools. ​
We've even supplied packages for multi-purpose buildings.
If you just need the materials, we're here to supply them.
Pre-Construction
Need some advice on Hydronics? HVAC? We've got that too. Need an engineer? You guessed it; we've got those ready to design whatever your colony needs to be prosperous. We can also link you in to geotechnical assessments and permitting requirements.
Agricultural Buildings
Building an egg production facility or a hog barn? Perhaps a poultry or turkey production facility? We have access to the equipment requirements and designs to function these operations. Focusing on the latest technology, your colony's operation will be state of the art.
